Code of Conduct

Section 1.1: HR+ Rules and Regulations​
  • Respect everyone regardless of their gender, beliefs, race, rank, or sexuality.
  • Profanities are to be kept to a minimum. Usage is to be stopped immediately if requested by someone else
  • Full-sentence caps are to be kept to a maximum of 3 bubbles unless they are being used for commands, announcements or during freetime.
  • Any type of enable,or dance  command is NOT allowed in ANY part of the CSI premises unless freetime is announce by one of the foundation member.
  • Refrain from spamming chat bubbles unless declared free time by Foundation, as it causes lag and/or disrupts other workers
  • Do not ask for pay or to be promoted. Asking for codes, web rights, room rights, or discord rights is allowed only if the user has reached the specific rank that requires these rights, for example when a iC requires RR.
  • Double Jobbing, whether its 2 accounts working for the CSI or 1 account in the CSI and 1 account in another agency, is NOT allowed. Likewise, self-promotion, including changing your motto to a higher rank without permission is prohibited
  • AFKing and/or idling is not allowed on any workstation or area inside the base with the exception of FTB. If you need to AFK, Please sit on the black sofas
  • Entry to base is only allowed if worker has the correct rank in their motto, an official CSI Badge, and is able to provide their promoter’s FULL username which matches the promoter’s tag on their motto.
  • Workers who have purchased VIP are still required to wear their division or unit badge and their appropriate CSI Rank in their Motto.
  • Do not ignore a command given by a higher rank. If ignored, you will be assumed to be AFK, causing you to get a disciplinary log.
  • Disrespecting, verbal harassment, advertising CSI or some other agency, general trolling, and being involved in drama is Strictly Forbidden. If caught, The punishment for these actions will be heavily executed.
  • When workers reach Training Division, they MUST have their own promoter's tag so they can use it to promote Lower Ranks. Each tag has a maximum of 4 characters and minimum 2 characters, it can include letters and numbers
  • All workers must speak English within base as not everyone understands other languages. It will be helpful for communication

Section 1.1: HR+ Rules and Regulations

All HR+ Rules and Regulations are applicable to all members of the high ranks division and above unless stated

  • Do not abuse the power and authority of your rank. This includes striking/demoting/firing powers and room/forum/web rights
  • All HRs MUST have a portal account and log regularly.
  • All promotions/trainings/strikes MUST be logged immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.​​​

Section 1.2 - Uniform Policy​​
​
The Central Security Intelligence would like to keep its members dressed as formal as possible. All workers are to follow the uniform policy. The following clothing styles are not permitted within CSI:
​
  • Copying of another member’s style without their permission.
  • Styles of offensive manner.
  • Any clothing that is known to the founders as a compliment to an effect i.e. all purple for the ghost effect.
  • Lack of adequate clothing (half-naked).

Section 1.3: Trial iC+ Rules and Regulations
All Trial iC+ Rules and Regulations are applicable to all members of the iC divisions unless stated.

  • Leave of absences should be filed when being inactive for a period of time.
  • If a Trial iC+ fails to come online for 2 weeks/be active, they will be subjected to demotion.
  • Directorate are the ones who runs the ICs tasks in general but for sure revised by the foundation daily
  • Every 2 weeks Directorate open the application for the Elite Board members to apply for Trial only 2 gets chosen.

Section 1.4: VIP & SV Rules and Regulations
All VIP Rules and Regulations are applicable to all VIP members unless stated.

  • VIPs & SVs must abide by all general agency rules.
  • VIPs & SVs cannot re-buy their status once they have been removed due to breaking rules.
  • VIPs & SVs have to wear their VIP badge while inside the base.
  • VIPs & SVs have to follow all the rules within CSI base

Failure to abide in any of these rules and regulations will result in punishment via the CoC and/or termination from the agency depending on the severity.

Section 2: Commands
  • FTF (Fill the Front)
Sit at the front desks of the base and recruit people to work For CSI.
  • FTS (Fill the Security)
Sit in Security and manage who comes inside base.
  • FTT (Fill the Training)
Go to the Training Room and train new recruits.
  • FTB (Fill the Back)
For people who needs to go on AFK/BRB or awaiting for working stations to be available.
  • CTH (Clear the Hallway)
This command indicates the hallway to be cleared. If you are in the hallway, please move away from there immediately to avoid the being kicked
  • BTB (Back to Base)
To return to HQ and resume normal
duties.
  • ATT (Attention)
Stand in front of the superior rank that called ATT, wave and say: ‘Yes Sir/Ma’am!’
  • AE (At Ease)
Go back to what you were doing, and if you are in ATT, don't leave unless you hear AE

Section 3: Master Policies
The master policies will be separated into five parts:
  • Promotion
  • Training
  • Transfer
  • Disciplinary
  • Alliance

Section 3.1: Promotion Policies
The promotion policies are to be followed at all times when promoting a worker.

  • The person you are promoting must be working hard and behaving well.
  • Do not skip ranks whilst promoting someone. If you have done so, you must provide a reason when you are to log the worker.
  • Promotions must only be done at working stations; workers cannot be promoted if they are sitting in FTB.
  • Promoters must check the time of the previous promotion with the worker and make sure that there is a gap of 15 minutes (for divisions Probationary Constable to Master Sergeant  ) or 30 minutes (for divisions Security HR) between promotions
  • Do not promote past the rank your position allows. Check the ranks list to see what rank you can promote to.
  • Do not promote or attempt to promote people of higher rank than you.
  • Promotion lines DO NOT apply for iCs. iCs can only be promoted outside of promotion lines by the Director of this IC division.
  • Always log your promotions on the Portal immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.

Section 3.2: Training Policies

The training policies are to be followed at all times when training a recruit.

  • Always use the scripts provided on the webs. Whether it be the recruit, security, training or high rank script.
  • Do not skip the rules and regulations of our base in the recruit script.
  • Never skip the training tests.
  • When training a recruit they get 3 chances if they misbehave. If they fail to cease, then the trainer is encouraged to stop the training and call for an RR holder.
  • Do not accept bribes for answers or a pass.
  • Always give the trainee the correct rank upon completion of the test based on their answers
  • ​Always log the training session on the portal immediately after training; if not immediately, as soon as possible.

Section 3.3: Transfer Policies [A]
The transfer policies are to be followed at all times when transferring a worker of a different agency.

  • Only members of Transfer unit can handle transfer cases.
  • Transfers must ONLY be handled at the transfer desk in the lobby (It can be done through discord if a permission was given)
  • The person you are transferring must provide evidence (a website) of the position they are in.
  • Transfers are only acceptable if their information is correct and matches the evidence provided
  • A transfer from someone who has been fired, quit or the agency has closed down is to be denied, as they no longer obtain a rank.
  • The highest transferable rank is Trial iC, and should only be given to workers who used to be iCs of their previous agency.
  • Transfer could be denied if the transferee is misbehaving.
  • Always log your transfers on the forums immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.

Section 3.3: Returning Policy [B]
If the person have worked in CSI before and have left CSI and would like to return he get 2 division Demotion on his last rank in CSI
If he left once again he gets 3 divisions Demotion on his last rank before leaving if he have left again he gets placed on Don't hire list.

Section 3.4: Disciplinary Policies
The disciplinary policies should be acted upon immediately once conflicts are to happen within base​
​
  • If the worker has been caught breaking the rules in any way, they are subjected to being warned UNLESS they are of the HR division and above.
  • When punishing offenders, they must be punished fairly according to the severity of their crimes
  • Valid evidence must be provided for the situation before any disciplinary action is enforced. They must be sent to the members of the Disciplinary Unit for approval.
  • Always log your strikes/demotions/fires on the portal immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.
  • If the disciplinary action taken upon the offending worker was not logged on the portals, the issuing worker will get striked
  • The logs will be reviewed by a member of the Disciplinary Unit and will be approved/rejected based on the evidence provided in the log or sent to the members of the Disciplinary Unit.​

Section 3.5: Alliance Policies
The alliance policies are to be followed at all times when creating an alliance between agencies.

  • Only the External Affairs director could handle alliance case with approval by founders.
  • All terms and conditions of the alliance must be agreed upon by both agencies before accepting the ally-ship.
  • Any alliances that are currently active with CSI are to be listed on the website.​
  • If a member would like to make an alliance with an agency he must send a proposal to External Affairs director

Section 4: Rank Sales
On​ly official Rank Sellers are able to sell ranks and SV/VIP. These people are the only ones who should be approached regarding buying ranks or SV/VIP. Rank sellers will have badge admin on the badges and will be able to accept badges instantly.

Section 4.1: Procedure Regarding Rank Buyers
In order to buy ranks, there are certain rules or conditions that need to be followed:
  • Rank prices are based on the Official Rank Price.
  • Changes to the price is to the Rank Seller’s discretion.
  • Only Rank Sellers are able to sell ranks/SV/VIP.
  • Once ranks are bought, there will be no refunds.
  • The payment must be done during the buying process. No delays of payment are authorised.
  • Promotions are also able to be bought from Rank Sellers.
  • CSI will not be responsible for any scamming done by individuals who are not official Rank Sellers. However, you may notify any Directorate + regarding the incident so actions may be taken. Though, no promise will be made whether you will be refunded or reimbursed given the rank you bought from the wrong person.

Section 4.2: Procedure Regarding Rank Sellers
In order to be able to sell ranks there are a few rules and procedures that should be followed during and after a sale. These are listed as follows:

  • Founders are the only individuals within CSI that are authorised to sell ranks.
  • All rank sales must be recorded on Discord or the portal.
  • All income from sales are to be used at the Foundation’s Discretion.

Section 5: RR Policy
RR users found neglecting this policy will have their rights removed.
Their case will be reviewed until It is clear that they can be trusted again.

Allowed actions for room right members.
RR members are allowed to kick/mute anyone that is disrespectful/trolling our members.

Follow this rule:
  • 1st Warning>5 minute mute
  • 2nd Warning>10 minute mute
  • 3rd warning>24 Hour Ban
  • 4th Warning>Permanent Ban

RR members are allowed to use their rights to kick any afk members on workstations.
  • RR members are allowed to only make minor changes to base.
  • RR members are allowed to put their own furni in base.

Prohibited actions for RR members
  1. RR members are not allowed to make any major changes to base.They can only do so with foundation permission.
  2. RR members are not allowed to move the furniture around pointlessly for no reason.
  3. RR members are not allowed to ban any CSI members without permission from the legislation and internal affairs unit.
  4. RR members are not allowed to permanently ban anyone without permission and proof of the member/civilian who is trolling/abusing/disrespectful members.
  5. RR members are not allowed to eject any furni without the furni owner’s permission.

Section 6- Habbo Retros
CSI belongs to http://www.habbo.com. We will not tolerate any type of advertisement towards Habbo retros within CSI. Retros are extremely harmful to the CSI population. If offered to go onto a retro, decline immediately and report that person to the nearest high rank.

Section 7 - Leave Of Absence
For those whose circumstances dictate that they must be gone for 14 days or longer (7 days for electives), CSI has put in place a Leave of Absence badge. A worker is to request the badge from a founder or directorate and inform them of why they are taking this leave. There are three types of leaves which all workers are entitled to take if needed: Medical Leave, Personal Leave or Military Leave. During their leave of absence, the worker must not come online more than four times a week. If found coming online more than that, your leave will be taken away and you will be asked to come back to work.If a worker is found to be inactive without taking an LOA their badges will be removed and will receive a one division demotion upon their return. Only 1iC+ Can approve LOA for general ranks.Only Directorate+ Can approve elective LOA's. Only Foundation can approve  approve directorate LOA's. All LOA's must be logged on the Portal with appropriate approval to be valid.
